Land Survey: Subiaco Redevelopment - Subi Centro
Subi Centro is located 3km from the Perth CBD, and unites the towns of Wembley, Subiaco and Jolimont. Transforming 80 hectares of derelict industrial land into a vibrant, cosmopolitan community redevelopment, Subi Centro is an extension of the city’s rich history and unique atmosphere.
Appointed as survey consultants to the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority from inception in 1994 and responsible for all surveys from conceptual base mapping through to production of titles for the new lots, McMullen Nolan was also appointed by the main contractor engaged on construction of underground tunnel and responsible for setout and as constructed surveys.
Boasting spectacular new housing, shopping and entertainment areas, mixed use office precincts with a network of bikeways, greenways and civic squares creating friendly public spaces, the Subi Cento project received the prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia's National Award for Excellence.
